Bring the kitchen
into the store.

An AR-led retail experience that made premium appliance choice feel personal, spatial, and tangible.

Samsung BESPOKE product experience
01 / The opportunity

A premium product needs to feel personal.

Samsung BESPOKE offered modular appliances and a highly personal color system. In a showroom, that value was hard to picture: customers could not see the appliance in their own kitchen, judge a finish against their cabinetry, or understand the wider connected-home story.

Original portfolio artifact / The showroom made a premium purchase feel more generic than it was.
02 / Design direction

Turn uncertainty into confidence.

The experience focused on three questions a shopper needs answered before committing: Will it fit? Will it look right? Is the connected ecosystem worth it? I helped translate those needs into a connected in-store and digital journey.

Original portfolio artifact / Spatial confidence, color confidence, and ecosystem clarity shaped the experience.
03 / The experience

04 / What it made possible

Choice becomes a conversation.

The work made an abstract premium proposition more tangible: visualize it in context, explore a configuration, and understand how it belongs in a connected home. It is a good example of the craft I bring to product strategy—making a complex decision feel clear and desirable.
